Hello,
I just installed “Newspaper WordPress Theme” and I have a problem with loading the Logos, I tried with the global options and from the Menu Header zone editing option.
Images load correctly in articles, the problem is in the images in the global theme settings.
I want to add that I am using the service in image delivery from Cloudinary. Send link with image capture.

Make sure the option show image is set to “Show”: https://app.screencast.com/iCzlM1Pq3z4th
Or try to add another logo element to your header and change the settings.
Clear all the cache and check the results.
