How can I setup a custom logout redirection in top-menu (Newspaper->Parts->Header->top-menu).

Hi,

This is where the log out link is defined in the theme
– https://www.screencast.com/t/9xhCttjr8T
There you could change the link to what you want it to redirect to.

You can find multiple solutions online about redirecting the wp_logout_url, that you can try.
