looking 4 insturctions on duplicating the menu links in 'default newspaper'

Hi,

I want to learn how to duplicate the links: Fashion, Gadgets, Videos, and Features found in the ‘default newspaper’ theme. Are there instructions for this in the documentation, if yes, please direct me to the links where this is explained.

I want to practice creating these links from scratch so I become versed in menu building on the newspaper theme…. I’ve got a bunch of new menus and sub-menus links I’d like to create for my newspaper site.
