Hello now4dw,
If you want to load this type of template for your own page, you have to load it from Visual Composer -> Add templates -> Fashion, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/n3HQIfQq -> http://screencast.com/t/DGPZLAozHt and the layout of this template will be loaded, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/GTlqKeAKDRtk
