Lost ability to change "post format" when creating new article / post

Was working fine as I rolled out several blog posts. I took a break from content and did some updates on ad placements and some other theme settings and now when i try to create a blog post I cant change between standard and video post format

You should choose the post format from Gutenberg. The option is missing there?

It solved itself. Must have been a bug
