I migrated my website from a sub domain to the main domain and the TagDiv composer option vanished. The plugin is installed and showing as active, but it is no longer an option on any page. Any suggestions for how to get it back?

Unfortunately, I do not know how exactly you have migrated your website to another sub-domain, sorry! Please notice that we cannot provide support for website migrating to another domain because this task involves doing such custom work. Many of our users use the WP Duplicator plugin and all of these were declared satisfied with this plugin. You can try to use it and check the results.
