Lost every custom settings after re-enter my activation code

Hello,

I’ve just logging into my WordPress account today and on the updates panel, I’ve got a message telling my that my activation code from Newspaper panel was not entered.
I put the code into the Newspaper settings panel (I’ve bought the code last March) and the code is validated.
Once I came back on my blog, all my settings were reset, I’ve lost all my logos, custom code, custom settings etc.

Could you help me please to tell me what happened and what I have to do in order to going back to my settings ?

Thank you for your reply.
I’ve just applied a backup a I have the same issue, it is still like I use the theme for the first time, my settings were not back.
How can I spot and separate files from Newspaper in the backup ?

I’ve also tried the import old version directly in the Newspaper panel but without any success…

Now it asks me again for the activation code, I’ve put the one I received when I purchased it, activation works but it continues to tell me that the version is unregistered each time I go on my Worpress admin panel…
