There was a sample privacy policy set as a page. I went to publish it and I lost the text. All I was left is what looks like shortcodes.

Where can I get this page again? This has happened before but fortunately the page was still opened.

It will be need to use the page revision.
As a notice, if the page was made using the WordPress editor, do not edit it with tgaDiv Composer, the content will be removed – https://wordpress.com/support/page-post-revisions/
