Lost settings after update to 10.3.3

Good morning. I have big problem. I am using the 10.3.2 version of a purchased Newspaper template. I want to tell you that I have renamed the name of the theme in the main file of the theme and also in the style.css, from Newspaper->cna…
Yesterday I tried to update to 10.3.3 from control panel but I lost all the settings, all the sidebars, my front page settings and I restore older backup!!!
Is that problem, because I renamed the template, or something else?

Hi,

Usually we recommend to to rename these files, these can provide some problems, also we recommend to test the update on staging website -> https://tagdiv.com/update-newspaper-theme/ (you can try to perform the update only with theme plugins as a test).
If there are some problems, let us know!

Good morning. I updated to 10.3.3 with the classic way via my CPanel, and everything is OK. My site is working fine in http://www.cna.gr
