For the last 3 weeks I have received 30 bug reports that when a user clicks on a link from a mailchimp campaign such as
https://scottsdaleinstitute.org/event/webinar-asynchronous-care-as-an-access-strategy-what-weve-learned-after-one-year/?utm_source=Website+Members&utm_campaign=19c3bc1ceb-Evite_12+13+22_COPY_02&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_ed42bdf1eb-19c3bc1ceb-183842846
They are required to login and the password field says ‘incorrect password’. However if they then go to the home page and login with the same password, it works correctly.
They also report that the modal popup used to remember their password, but about 3 weeks ago it stopped doing that.
Is the Mailchimp UTM code interfering with the modal popup? Any other ideas that may be causing this?

Thank you
Hello,
I saw that you have an older version of the theme and a more recent version of wordpress.
Now I don’t think this is causing the problem, but maybe you have a conflicting plugin, so please check if this is not causing the problem. Also, can you give me the credentials for a subscriber account to check the problem?
Thank you!
Yes, here is the login info, and here is the exact link from a Mailchimp Campaign. I notice it adds the UTM do the ‘profile’ link in the image above when someone goes to login, too.
