Hi, I followed the tutorial at: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-newsletter-plugin/ to connect MailChimp to the Newspaper theme. But the form I built in MailChimp contains 3 fields, Email Address, First Name and Last Name. When I copy and paste the code from MailChimp into the Newsletter Element in TagDiv, only the Email Address input box appears, not name or surname. When I click Subscribe I get the Subscription Confirmed form from MailChimp, but at no point can I input my name and surname. What am I doing wrong please? Thanks.

Unfortunately the newsletter plugin offered by Newspaper Theme will only require the e-mail address. At the moment this is the only setting that this plugin offers.

Right, okay, thanks. I’m also trying to connect the site via the code that goes in the <head> tag in order to allow pop-up subscription forms from MailChimp, but this does not seem to work. Does this usually work with MailChimp? Thanks.

I’ve inserted the MailChimp code between the <head> tags but when I click Update File I get a “nonce_failure” alert at the bottom of the screen and MailChimp says: “Hmm, we’re not able to detect your website to publish your pop-up. Make sure you’ve corrected pasted the code above into the header of your website. This can take a minute or two.”

A quick fix for this problem with getimagesize is to adding an extra parameter in theme file, the file path is wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/header/tdb_header_logo.php on line 792 set before getimagesize and ‘@’ like this -> https://i.imgur.com/VOWmTCI.png
