When I am trying to add code of mailchimp embeded form on the newsletter element. It’s not working. It’s opening a new tab when I am trying to submit the form.

Make sure you have no errors in the console while using the shortcode.
Probably it could be from the same error you have in the console while using WP Editor, and it is blocking the actions on your website.
Make a test and deactivate all plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again.
