I’m trying to add the html code from the MailerLite site, html section, but it is saying that the configuration is incorrect.

I’ve selected MailerLite in the dropdown.

Hello,

Please try to set the code in the column text.
A shortcode can be inserted in our theme by using the element called “Column text” or “Text with title” in text zone => https://i.imgur.com/Ps7fcU0.png -> https://www.screencast.com/t/uDXaxJ8JSKFB The shortcode is automatically saved.
Also, there are images in the template?

Thank you!

I’ve created it above the example section on https://bridgwateronline.com/category/community

How do I get to make it look like the example? In MailerLite, it does look like the example, but in the theme it comes out differently. MailerLite support says this is due to the theme changing the CSS.

There shouldn’t be any images in the code.

Hello,

So, this is set in the column text -> https://i.imgur.com/80GOkP0.png and this in the newsletter element -> https://i.imgur.com/Xcy7t26.png ?
Normally, column text is displayed in the style provided.

Thank you!

The second one you showed there is what came on the demo pages with the theme. It’s not using the Newsletter element, it’s the Leads element, but is how I want it to look.

I’ve just tried the form which is in column text, and it doesn’t seem to be working as a newsletter form

Hi,

Normally, should work.
You can try to set the code in the Newsletter element, but the style is standard.
Please provide a video with your steps.

Thank you!
