Mailing List not working?

Hi, I cannot seem to get the mailing list functioning. Recently also, MailOptin stopped ‘popping up’ – not sure if related. website is https://agedcareweekly.com.au/ – when you complete the mailing list fields it says accepted but I can’t see any emails or new subscribers?

Hi,

Re-check the plugin settings maybe, make sure it is configured properly. Check the plugin documentation as well

If they have a support forum maybe you can try there as well.

Thx, I meant the DEFAULT, newspaper ‘built in’ subscription boxes aren’t working.

Hi,

The theme will not send any emails or confirmations. This will be possible if there is a mailing service provided by the hosting. Or with a plugin
