Mailpoet plugin not working

I have mail poet working on my previous theme. I updated to Newmag and now it doesn’t work. I contacted plugin support and they say that it is incompatibility with the theme and asked me to contact theme support. Here is the error link here

Unfortunately mailpoet plugin is not tested to work with the theme and we cannot guarantee it will work 100%. We have not tested this plugin and we have no idea of the plugin functionality in order to provide an answer. Unfortunately time does not allow us to provide plugin implementation support.
If you really want to use this plugin we suggest you hire a freelancer to help you with implementation. You can hire one from studio.envato.com

I don’t want you to test every plugin functionality. I could figure out that the website – WordPress default Php mailer function is not working. I understood this after I installed two other email newsletter plugins. I have another domain which runs on a different theme and same hosting and works well with the plugins. The PROBLEM is with the theme. Not with plugin, not with hosting. You should solve it. I cannot hire a freelancer for a bug on your theme.

Unfortunately we didn’t tested any newsletters plugins with our theme and we’re not aware oh theirs functionality in order to provide an answer. Each plugin have its own implementation and conflicts may appear when is not tested with a specific theme.
With regard at WordPress mail function I can say that works with our theme as we use this function for login/register system. We use this function with default wp functionality, without alternating its code. However newsletter plugin may have theirs own mailer system. We can’t provide an accurate answer why this plugins won’t work with our theme as Newsmag wasn’t tested with them.
