Main Feature/Big Single Category Post

Hi, please see attached image below, I am trying to have 1 large box as main single post with room on right for an ad. Also need to add 3 additional boxes to the 7 boxed grid. Last but not least having space for the 2 bottom boxes by stay connected, thank you in advance!

Big grids have fixed layout and also the post number is fixed. However you can add a new grid and set an offset by 3 posts: http://screencast.com/t/rLFKZyEzl
