The icon on the non-main page is the black version pro, how do I change that? And will that affect the home page?

Normally you have to do it for each cloud header you use. If you use only one, then it is enough to edit it once, if you have 2 (the demo you have has 2) then both must be edited (one is edited on the homepage, and the other on any other page, post, or category).
