Hi guys ! I have two questions and a comment . The comment is that documentation on ads does not work the link to the first three points (header , sidebar , article ) .
Questions:

1) I have checked your capture and saw that the line height of the menu got modified. Either by customization or by a plugin. This can be corected if you provide a link to your website so i can inspect it and provide the css code required.

3)If you want to change the name of the javascript file, you can do so in the theme files but then you need to edit an additional file which calls the js files by their name: http://screencast.com/t/dbwH5ME31D7

If you want to change the adsense code in any way, then you will probably need to ask google about it as they might have a policy against it. If your ad is a custom one, then you can change it as you wish, but with an ad server, you will have to ask the ad provider.
