Main Menu is not clickable

Hi. I am having trouble getting the main menu to be clickable. The mouse just hovers over but stays an arrow. I tried adding a high z-index to bring to top (see below) but did not help. Tried both Chrome and Safari browsers. Any ideas what can be going wrong?
