Main Menu is very temperamental

My main nav mega menu is very temperamental. When you hover over it to see the mega menu, it very easily folds back up again even as you move your cursor down to browse the mega menu. It seems that if you do not move your cursor very quickly the mega menu folds back up. In short, it is very fiddly and I can imagine will irritate users.

Is there a way to fix this so that it more securely remains open when the cursor is hovering over it?
