I’m not sure what happened but after I added some ads my Main Menu no longer scrolls down on any pages when I scroll the page.
What could be the issue?

Hello,
Check in Theme customizer -> Navigation on the snap menu option. Inspect with a debugger(Firefox or Chrome) on console about errors.

yes, I’ve check the setting and also used firebug to see if I could find anything but wasn’t able to.
