Main page doesnt change

Hello,

When i change something(e.g i add some posts), main page doesn’t change. Or, there is social counter in sidebar, it doesn’t change. I have checked it in several different devices and browsers. Neither lastest posts nor sidebar dont change. What can be reason ?

But, when i logged in as admin, everything looks like up to date.
When i am in any posts, sometimes it is up-to-date, sometimes it isnt. I dont know why.

**In addition; when i check as google, it looks that nothing is changed.(But in reality there must be more posts, or change in social counter.)
