Make Buttons Appear On Desktop But Not Mobile (and vise Versa)

Hello!

I am a little stumped on this part. (thanks in advance)

1. Looks good on mobile (which I am 99% focused on) https://imgur.com/sFwCYrd
2. But horrible on Desktop https://imgur.com/t4FRIz8

I would like to have “2 sets” of buttons so they look good. 1 Bigger Set that appears on Desktop (but not mobile) and 2 that appear on Mobile (but not desktop). The buttons needs to look like the current mobile screenshot (look great) and not over 2 different lines. Main objective is pagination.
