How is it possible to refresh to CSS child theme after changes without hit F5?

Hello,
Unfortunately no change can take place in your browser if the request was not made and the new information pulled from the server. You could find an automatic refresh tool/plugin so it refreshes every few second/minutes but i do not know of any to make a recommendation. Sorry.

Is there any option to add style verision? like “style.css?ver=1.2” when WordPress loads the style?

Unfortunately there is no option for it in the theme, you will have to add it custom from the theme files.
