I’m using the Top10-Plugin to display my most viewed posts. This plugin offers more functionality than the one included in Newspaper.
I use the lazyload option for images of newspaper, but the thumbnails of the Top10-Plugin do not load lazy. Is there a way to make them load lazy, too?

That can be a plugin conflict, Unfortunately this may be a compromise you will have to make in order to run the Top10 plugin. Try to disable it and see if they lazy load. If they do then it is a conflict.

Fortunately all other images do load lazy. I see, that images inside a post do have a loading='lazy" attribute. Is this inserted/used by Newspaper? Maybe I have to find a way to insert this attribute to the Top10-Thumbnails.

That does not come from Newspaper theme. It is possible to come from another external plugin.
