When a category is selected the count for posts in mega menu is 4, where can I change this value?

Unfortunately, our theme does not have such a simple option to change this value for number of posts that appear in mega menu for certain category, but you can change this from td_block_mega_menu.php core file like this -> http://screencast.com/t/l8NYfWQuYORD result -> http://screencast.com/t/lnZdJYl8nDy7
Please notice that our theme has been designed to use 4 value in this regard and it is possible to need additional customizations for this, that require custom work. If you want to display more levels in our theme and you are not aware the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to do this for you because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry!

As luck will have it I want it for all the drop downs so WOOHOO, that was the value I was looking for thank you!
You can see it in action with WIDTH changes to the theme on this site http://www.thesouthafrican.com/, it works like a charm!
For the two types one has 6 other has 8 set for post count now and displays perfectly. Thanks for the support!
