Hi folks,
I am using the Newspaper Theme and would like to be able to select the author manually on single posts. We often receive guest blogs from people who have a user profile, but do not log into WordPress themselves. We create the article on their behalf and attribute it to them so that their name/profile picture appears under the article. I can’t seem to find an option to do this, so do you know how I can enable this?

What you can do is to use these options from post settings -> https://i.imgur.com/sSqHOJR.png or if you want to be display like a normal user you’ll need to create one and set it from here -> https://i.imgur.com/FN4FsMg.png
Unfortunately these are the only options for the moment.

Thanks for coming back to me. I have to apologise as I’ve just realised I was being an idiot. The “Author” dropdown wasn’t appearing when I was editing posts (which is why I contacted you in the first place) but the reason for this is that our bloggers’ user profiles weren’t set to “Author” and instead were sitting as standard subscribers. Once I elevated their profile type, the Author box appeared.
