How I can control the margin of a single block 21 , not all of the blocks 21 on page ?
Can i just add some custom code ?

Hello stax,

If you want to take control of a single block 21, please notice that you will have to add a custom class from Visual Composer for this block and then using this custom class you will target only this block 21.
