Hi,
I would like to make the margins between pic and articles smaller. Bring them closer together on my “HOME” page
How can i do that?
And I also want a line between each article on the “HOME” page.

Hi,
Unfortunately this isn’t easy as the space between posts/images comes from the theme’s grid and it’s not easy to be modified.
For the line you can use this custom css: http://screencast.com/t/FPkNFrFEGik
Add this css into the custom css filed in theme panel:
.home .td_mod_wrap {
border-bottom: 1px solid #000000;
}
Hope this helps!
Thanks
Thanks,
It didn´t work for all articles. Only a few blocks where affected.
I aslo want to have lines between articles in sidebars when they´re not on the “home” page.

How do I change the order of a articles headline to be under the image instead of over as it´s now?

Hi,
For module 7 which you are using on homepage you need this custom css: http://screencast.com/t/M7t7iqtB8p
.page .post {
border-bottom: 1px solid #000000;
margin-bottom: 40px;
padding-bottom: 0px;
}
This will apply to every page where you use modules.
For sidebars from post pages use this: http://screencast.com/t/oOh0NbVW
.td-post-sidebar .td_mod_wrap {
border-bottom: 1px solid #000000;
}
This will apply to every post sidebar.
To move the title below image you need to edit the each module file and move this line of code:
ex for module 5: http://screencast.com/t/cLf9jhwth
..then use this custom css if you want to set some space to to bottom and reduce the space above it: http://screencast.com/t/JI4C3RxnWlI
.td_mod_wrap .entry-title {
margin: 0px 0px 10px 0px;
}
Hope this helps!
Please let me know if I have missed anything.
Thanks
It solved almost everything, some widget post didn’t got the lines (those not on the home-page).
The footer widget where our logo is are right positioned I would like it to be left.
Also when I add the google analytics code where you have a analytics on the theme the code shows up on top of the webpage.
URL:www.kungalvsnyheter.se
I would also make my head-logo twice as big. Where can fix that?
Brgds,
Joakim
Hi,
Use this css for category pages: http://screencast.com/t/4ZJOSNPFs6
.archive .td_mod_wrap {
border-bottom: 1px solid #000000;
}
Use this css to adjust the footer logo positioning and change the left value as you liek: http://screencast.com/t/1dMmpfpVpN
.td-footer-wrap .footer-logo-wrap img {
position: relative;
left: -50px;
}
Regarding the analytics code I’m not sure I understated what your issue is, please make sure you paste the code as you receive it from google into the analytics filed from theme panel.
Use this css for the header logo: http://screencast.com/t/w8baH65E
.header-logo-wrap img {
width: 600px;
height: 120px;
}
.header-logo-wrap {
width: 600px;
}
Thanks
Hi,
Please make sure you use the right code as this should not happen, use this guide: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1008080?hl=en
Thanks
Yes I have, but it´s still showing up.
The footer logo positioning didn´t work and the line between posts on widget don’t show on some pages?!
Thanks,
Joakim
How can I make a pic fill up the screen as one of the options on posts have?
Brgds,
Joakim
I wonder also the size of mobile logo? But org. and retina.
Brgds,
Joakim
Hi,
Sorry for the delay!
I have checked your site and haven’t found the custom css I have provided you for your footer logo image: http://screencast.com/t/e00JA1NyXOeZ so please make sure that you have added it to your custom css filed in them panel and alps that you have add it right, like this: http://screencast.com/t/DqfaI5I5qjXv
Should work fine as I have tested this on your site: http://screencast.com/t/O1TiH59vW8N
I believe you refer to this full width image: http://www.kungalvsnyheter.se/td_d_slug_46/ which is the post template no 4 which unfortunately can’t be set elsewhere but on post pages.
If you want something similar on pages you can use the “Homepage – bg – no article list” template and remove the slider.
You can read more about how you can achieve this here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/full-width-image-header-on-hompage/
Here are the recommend logo sizes both retina and regular logo: http://screencast.com/t/lBO69QXxxa
Thanks
Is there no other way to have a full img.?
My google ID is still showing, Is there something I missed?
And the lines between posts. in widgets are gone on she pages, how do I change that so there is lines on every page and widget?
Cheers,
Joakim
Hi,
I’m not sure I understand what full image you want to have. If you mean for pages, I’m afraid that the theme doesn’t have an option to set an image to appear on pages as it dose for post pages when you use the post template style 4 and the feature image is set to appear full width like this: http://www.kungalvsnyheter.se/td_d_slug_46/ but you can try the workaround I suggested above and build a page using the “Homepage – bg – no article list” template and remove the slider.
I have posted how you can do this here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/full-width-image-header-on-hompage/
Please give us wp-access so we can check why this is still happening but first make sure you add it right and use the guide I also provide above to figure this out: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1008080?hl=en as this should not happen. Also make sure that you haven’t made any other custom modification and check for that code in the html head tag of your theme files in the header.php file: http://screencast.com/t/VEmTyPW8v
If you still can figure this out please send your wp-admin login details at contact@tagdiv.com so we can also check this and send a link to this tread or specify your issue in details.
Please provide the page URL on which the lines do not appear so I can inspect this.
Thanks
Thanks,
Do you have any basic but stylish day and date script? It´s hard to find some great ones.
And there is still a problem with my lines between articles in widgets on every page beside home page.
Cheers,
Joakim
Hi,
1.Unfortunately we don’t have any styled date script, you may have to look for one on the web.
2.Please provide more details, an image containing the issue would help a lot.
Thanks!
Hi,
You helped me fixed lines between articles in a widget. But It´s only working on my home page. If you switch page, lets say to sport, the lines between articles in widgets are gone.
URL: http://www.kungalvsnyheter.se
I also try to copy this code: .header-logo-wrap {<div id=”c_31ba93ac7cdb4af163820ae3f39cb7e6″ class=”normal”><h2 style=”color: #000000; margin: 0 0 3px; padding: 2px; font: bold 13px/1.2 Verdana; text-align: center;”>klart.se</h2></div><script type=”text/javascript” src=”http://www.klart.se/widget/widget_loader/31ba93ac7cdb4af163820ae3f39cb7e6″></script> }
in custom CSS to get weather report at the top of my site. But it´s working out.
Cheers,
Joakim
Hi,
Please try this: http://screencast.com/t/CBBu9Cw0iCi
.td_mod_wrap {
border-bottom: 1px solid #000000 !important;
}
.td_normal_slide .td_mod_wrap, .td_block_big_grid .td_mod_wrap {
border-bottom: 0px solid #000000 !important;
}
Please make sure you use the right code for that weather report and use a text widget to display it to your sidebar first to test it. Adding it like you did into the custom css filed is not right.
Thanks
Okey, what is the right thing to do then?
Brgds,
Joakim
Yes the lines seems to be working fine, now it´s only this weather report I would like to have in the top.
.header-logo-wrap {<div id=”c_31ba93ac7cdb4af163820ae3f39cb7e6″ class=”normal”><h2 style=”color: #000000; margin: 0 0 3px; padding: 2px; font: bold 13px/1.2 Verdana; text-align: center;”>klart.se</h2></div><script type=”text/javascript” src=”http://www.klart.se/widget/widget_loader/31ba93ac7cdb4af163820ae3f39cb7e6″></script> }
How can I make this work?
Brgds,
Joakim
Hi,
I’ve tested the code for the weather report you want and it doesn’t work. I suggest you find another way or another widget to display the weather report on your site. Try to find a plugin like this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-cloudy/ or similar.
Thanks
