Mark New Post conflict with Newspaper 8

Hi, sorry my English. I’m trying to use the Mark New Post plugin with Newspaper 8 but it seem to have some kind of conflict. I think that the theme is exploding my blog’s markup.

Hi,

I am sorry but I could not give you a solution for this unfortunately. It may be the case that this plugin is simply not compatible with the theme. We have not made any tests with it, so I cannot say what is the problem.
You could try other plugins that have the options you are looking for. Maybe you will find one that works properly.
Please try to understand that not all plugins are compatible with all the themes, it would be nice if that would be true.
