i would like to provide a place for my clients to change the AD which is in Theme Panel -> ADS
however, I don’t want them to change other settings.
is there any way to do so?

Hi,
Unfortunately our theme do not have such option, you can use the WordPress roles, but those will offer more or less from what you want to achieve
