Media grid doesnt work

Hi there

I have problem. In visual composer media grid not working and mansory media grig the same. I add these to my page, add some pictures but nothing is appear. Have you some solution for that?

Please make sure that you use the latest version of the theme 6.2 and also you have updated the Visual Composer plugin from package that you have downloaded from themeforest /plugins folder. Also check this without any plugins active, leave only Visual Composer active, clear cache and see if it works.
