When we click on the Media Library its just a white screen. Disabled your theme, and checked on another theme. They are all there. So obviously its something to do with your theme. Please address these issues.

You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin.

If you change the theme does not mean that the problem is with our theme, because we tested only with few plugin and we can provide support only for them -> https://i.imgur.com/JvJLyI3.png most of the time there is a plugin that was not tested with our theme and this is in conflict with it.
