While uploading some images (even of lesser size e.g. 50KB and both png & jpg) in post, we are getting HTTP Error.
If we try to upload images for media directly, we are getting following error
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /wp-includes/class-wp-image-editor-imagick.php on line 371
Same image is being uploaded fine when I switch to other theme.
Please advise solution as we are not able to upload images in the post due to this issue

Also check if this issue comes from a plugin. Disable all plugins and try to upload a file. If it works, enable the plugins one by one and test until you find the one that’s causing this issue.

But we installed it on another hosting account of same provider and it worked fine.
Only change in system status was PHP version.
It’s uploading images well when we installed theme at PHP 5.6.2 and does not work with PHP 5.2.7.
Can PHP version be reason of error?
I updated PHP version to 5.6.2 and now images seems uploading.
We shall test more with different set of images now.
