This is because you haven’t set correctly the categories in mega menu.
Please do not set sub-menu under a mega menu -> https://i.imgur.com/DYtV7Fa.png -> https://i.imgur.com/yR1huKj.png, this will make it look like this -> https://i.imgur.com/q4FqBYK.png

Where do you set the categories for the sub-menus for a mega menu?

Please check this guide to create mega menu, you need to have set the subcategories -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/ -> https://i.imgur.com/Ug1Orj9.png and set only the parent category.

Hi, Thank you for responding however that guide doesn’t show where the sub-categories and categories are coming from.
As you can see from the video there should be more sub menus and the guide does say where the categories are made.
Is it under the posts/pages/shop etc.
