In the menu, when I select Mega Menu under a category, it only displays the 1st level sub categories. If each sub category has several sub categories, they are displayed one after the other and not in a hierarchy. Is there any way to resolve this?

I’m not sure what you mean. Do you mean to sort them alphabetically ?
