Is it possible to update the td_block_mega_menu.php file so that when I use the Mega Menu and the “All” option appears along with the relevant sub-categories, clicking on the ‘All’ option is redirected to a different URL?
The reason I am asking this is because rather than ‘All’ going to a combination of all the sub-categories, I want the ‘All’ to go to a Destinations landing page.
To try and explain this a little better, the menu item is a custom link titled ‘Destinations’. Clicking on this would take visitors to a page with a map and a list of destinations. The ‘Destinations’ custom link is a mega menu with sub-categories of 5 different continents. However, the ‘All’ option which I am fine being in there I want it to go to the same URL link as ‘Destinations’.
Any assistance on what needs to be changed here?

If you want to achieve this you will need to create a 301 redirect from that link to your destination page. The theme has no such option. Here is an example on how to redirect links: http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/beginners-guide-to-creating-redirects-in-wordpress/
