BTW, I disabled all plugins, put cloudflare into development mode, and flushed/purged all cache. Mega menu and mobile menu still not working. In mobile I am only getting the option to http://www.mydomain.com# (# symbol next to it taking you home always) no dropdown menu exists.
Besides cloudflare, I am also using SiteGround SuperCacher and Memcached.
I am having the same problems on my site…. I was told it was a plugin interference but I also disable everything without having the menu work properly

Also please make sure you have installed the Visual Composer plugin right following this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/update-the-visual-composer-plugin-wpbakery/
The mobile menu and the mega menu work based on js and I have found all this errors which could generate this, in your console: http://screencast.com/t/jgtCSvbd
Please make sure you deactivate all plugins including cloudflare and cache you use, leaving just the Visual Composer active and empty all cache then purge files and check this again, also look for errors in the console.
Both mega menu and mobile menu work fine, I have tested this using the latest theme version and found no issues with it.

The mobile theme is deactivated.
you can see the visual composer plugin settings so that shouldn’t be an issue either.
i don’t work on JS so don’t know if that’s an issue, still.
deactivated all plugins, other than VC and did all that you listed.
no improvement.
i used this theme and the mega menu successfully on another site, so i’m sure nothing wrong in how i create the menu.
Could you pls look into the matter again and help me out.

First of all please make sure this is still happening without any plugins active and if you use any cdn or external cache which could deliver older versions for some of the files please make sure you purge files and empty cache.
This could also come from a bad update (maybe some files were not uploaded properly) so try to reupload the theme and see if the issue is still there.

Many thanks for the swift reply. I have done all the procedures you ask of including a full purge in my CDN along with the local caching plugin. I then deativated all plugins and reuploaded the site in it’s entirety but unfortunately, to no avail.
The theme was installed a built fresh and then populated but upon hovering over the menu or clicking on the post slider icons to move more posts into the block, the page just moves to the top and shows an ‘#’ after the toplevel domain.
I have these errors in my console which for me are undoubtedly the cause however I can’t find anything on Google about the Ajax one.

After waiting a while from putting Cloudflare in Devmode I noticed that it started working on Chromium but not Chrome.
