Firstly, you asked me to get rid of the sub-subcategory, I have provided the solution above, then I showed you how to remove the ALL at the top of your category in Mega Menu….where is the problem? I guess that you want to get rid of it that tab and display only the subcategory when you hover the mouse over the menu, right? If is not, please provide more details.

If you want to change the structure of mobile menu, you should check the theme core files and make some adjustments through the code in order to achieve as you wish. Notice that it is not a simple task and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
