I need help. I guess I just don’t know how to set this up correctly. No matter what I do I cannot create this menu correctly.
I’ve looked at the online documentation. It is of no help

Hello,
The mega menu implementation is very simple. You simply access the menus section of wordpress and if your menu item is a category then you can select the make this category a mega menu option like so: https://www.screencast.com/t/zaHEaVfctaa
