Mega Menu Issue

Hello,

I am using the mega menu with sub-menus. However, the menu seems to be duplicating. I can send a screenshot as it will be easier for you to understand if you see the problem. Is there an email where I can send one?

Hello ezenwa1,

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme (Newspaper 7.4) with the latest version of required plugins (Visual Composer 4.12.1 and Social Counter 4.1). Clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results. Also, you have clear the server cache and if you do not have any access for this you will have to request this task to the hosting provider to do this.
You can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page. Also, there you can provide some screenshots so I can saw the problem. Provide there the link of this topic so we can easily identify you.
