Mega menu like in newsmag like newspaper.

It is possible I change the newsmag mega menu to look like mega menu of newspaper? I ask this because it is very confusing for my visitors and I just saw that the newspaper is much more intuitive.

To achieve that you will need some customizations in theme’s code. This is a very complex task which involve many changes and tests in order to be achieved. For the moment we can’t offer customization services so if you really need this and you’re not aware of the steps that must be taken in this regard my advice is to look for someone who can help you with implementation or hire a developer to do it for you.
