Since the Theme update, my mega menu dropdowns have vanished. here are the CCS settings http://www.screencast.com/t/3nJ7Omb0 . could you tell me what is wrong? I have also looked at the https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-mega-menu/ and I still have no dropdowns.

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

this is not a plugin conflict as I have double checked that.I have no custom code that I have added to the theme, and I am not using a child theme…please advise further…

I have inspected your website and I saw that you have some js errors through your console, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/PBuePfXaax Notice that our theme does not have any troubles with the mega menu and it should work as expected. If you are using some untested plugins and if you have some additional customizations through the code (custom js or any other customizations) try to rule out all of these, leave just Visual Composer to active and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins. After this, ensure that you have setup your mega menu according to our documentation here -> and also, make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme if you want to bring the best results with our product.

So I deactivated all of the additional plugins and reset the mega-menu to the way I wanted it. Then I re-activated all of the plugins that I had deactivated and all appears to be working. I don’t know if it was a code overwriting issue but it appears to have resolved the issue. Please consider this issue resolved. Again thank you for your dedication to the product.
