Hello ks2355244,
Unfortunately, the mega menu has not been designed to be used to mobile mode, sorry! Notice that feature has been designed to be used only for tablets and desktop. Notice that it is not a simple task to implement this feature and if you are not aware of these settings in this regard, consider hiring a freelancer/developer to helps you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
Thanks for the message!
No, I don’t need it to be a mega menu on the phone, at least some way (simple arrow or whatever) for me to further choose the subclass which is now isn’t accessible at all. At the moment, the menu doesn’t leads to anything when click on it. This is the issue I try to fix instead of wanting the mega menu feature on phone.
Hi Catalin,
My website URL is http://www.growthaccelerate.com/. Thank you.
Hello ks2355244,
I have inspected your website and I saw that the sub-menu still working fine, as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/NoaZRyrSt If the problem reappears, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule any conflicting plugins.
Hope this helps!

Hi Catalin, thanks for taking the time to checking out my site. Can I know if you tab onto the menu as soon as you land on the Home Page or? Cause I am seeing a very odd behaviour here.
a) I’ll see the sub-menu if I click on the menu tab directly when I am on the Home Page.
b) but if I am to click on one of the post 1st, for example: HomePage, then feature post ‘Back On The Road’, then click on main menu while I am on the post page, the sub-menu doesn’t appear.
Do you think plugin would be the cause for this odd behaviour? Tks.
Hello ks2355244,
It seems to be a strange behavior which can be generated by your untested plugins which are used by you. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Please keep in mind that the mobile theme plugin is fully tested and compatible with our product and it seems to work as properly until now. Try my advice and check the results.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for the message!
Hi, despite the fact that I have disable all the active plugins, the problem still persist. In fact, it got worse because the submenu doesn’t show up even when I tab the main menu from the HomePage. If you can recall (pls refer to earlier message), I reported that it only happen when I go to the menu from a Post Page. Here is the image https://postimg.org/image/tha2wp3d5/. I have send an email to contact@tagdiv.com with the same Subject with my wordpress login details if you need to go in & check it out. Btw, I am using a Chrome browser on my One Plus One phone when I have this problem if this info would help. Tks.
Hello,
It seems your mega menu does not show up on the mobile theme, but you can simply create the menu that you want as the mobile theme uses a different menu than the normal one. You can create your own menu and add the mega-menu child categories as a simple drop-down menu without using sub-categories: http://screencast.com/t/xVKsg0w2lZS
If you still have trouble with the menus, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can login and investigate this issue.
Thank you!
