HI,
I’m using the megamenu on my website and everything works fine, but on tablets (like ipad, etc…) when i try to click on the primary link of the menu the dropdown categories appear but i can’t go to the link of it (is the same event when i hover the mouse over the primary link on the desktop version)
We need that the primary links of the menu will be clickables using the megamenu on tablets.
Is this possible???? What can we fix this?????

If the menu item is not clickable on your desktop version as well, it means it is not a category link. If you have the default demo menu we created, it is made with custom links and the menu item itself is not clickable as it links to ‘#’. Please recreate your menu using category menu items not custom links. Then the menu item will be clickable.

The menu items are clickable pages and the megamenu items are categories on the dropmenu. It works fine on the desktop version but in the tablet version the pages are not clickable.

I have checked your website and see what you mean now. This issue is also present on our live demo. This is a known bug and we are working on a fix for it. Hopefully in a future version of the theme we will be able to implement a fix for this.

Is there any possibility to add a custom link (or any element) into the dropdown menu???
This could be the solution for us temporarily.

Unfortunately there is no easy way you can add a custom link to the mega-menu. The list is created dynamically, so you need to add a dynamic link to the menu so you can redirect it to the specific page. However this represents customization and unfortunately we cannot offer any custom work at the moment. We try to help out where we can but we do not have any quick solutions for this. Sorry. You can maybe try to redirect the “todo” category page to your page using 301 redirects.
