Mega menu option not appearing in "Appearance > Menus"

I really can’t figure this one out.

I’ve looked at the documentation for the Mega Menu.. However, when it comes to implementing it in to my site. The option for Mega Menu doesn’t seem to be there.. Please see this screenshot:

Hi,

Please try to clear your cache. If the mega-menu is still not there, you can try to switch to a different theme and switch back to newspaper again.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks for your reply Bogdan.

I’ve tried to clear the cache using the plugin “WP Super Cache” but that led to a lot of problems regarding “Permalinks” and “301 Re-directs” which are topics out of my ability. For this reason I wasn’t able to clear the cache.

Do you know if I change the theme and switch back to Newspaper, will it keep all of the changes I’ve made to Newspaper?

Hi
The changes should not be affected as they are stored in the database.
Please try to disable all plugins and leave just visual composer and WP super cache. Then try to clear your cahe and check the mega-menu settings again.
