Unfortunately, it seems to be a problem regarding on mega menu for first loading, sorry! We are working hard for a new real lazy loading and probably that’s why this issue will appear, at the moment, sorry! We will try our best and we hope to fix it as soon as possible. You should re-update the theme because this issue was fixed in the past.

Check the screen! The change should be added in td_module.php. Also, try to re-download again the theme from Envato MArket and install it again, clear all the caches and check the results.
