Mega menu shows no content

Hi,

I’m trying to make mega menu to work and i have done exactly as it says in documentation. But the problem is when i hover the menu the dropdown shows only a single line “Collections” and whatever I do that seems to be standard output. Is there something i need activated in order to work?

Hi,

Please disable your plugins except of Visual Composer, clear cache and see if you still have this issue with the megamenu, to be sure that this issue is not caused by a plugin.
Also please provide a screenshot how you set the megamenu. Let me know!

Hi,

it seems like it was caused by plugin “WPMovieLibrary” this is a bit big deal for us. Are you able to investigate/provide information how to make those compatible?

Hi,

Unfortunately we did not tested this plugin with our theme, so I cannot make any suggestions about this, you may need custom modifications to make it work with the theme.
You can also ask the plugin author about this, he know how the plugin works and he may have some clues why it affects the theme megamenu.
