Mega Menu Weirdness

One of my visitors just let me know about an issue with the megamenu not dropping down for him. We’re both using desktops running windows, google chrome, but I can’t seem to reproduce his issue. He made a video here:

I guess hovering over the menu doesn’t trigger the drop down, forcing him to click on it. Interestingly, when I click the same thing, it takes me to the respective cateogory page as intended.

Has anyone ran into this and come up with a fix?

Hi,

I have just checked your site and also seen the video but found no issues with it, is working as it should on all browsers. It could be due to an older version of the browser. Please let me know if happens again and if you manage to reproduce it and provide more details about it so I can also check it.
