I set a mega menu for the Cosmopolitan menu on the home page. Why won’t it display the image from both C# posts? The attached PDF contains the details.

I have checked the website, specifically the Cosmopolitan mega menu. Looks like this for me at this time

From what I can see the menu works alright, what exactly is the problem with it? Some more details would be helpful.
